La Marquise
Fouettez dans un grand bol 7 jaunes d’oeufs dans 250 g de sucre glace puis ajoutez 125g de chocolat noir fondu. Dans un autre bol,melangez 175 g de cacao non sucre et 1 tasse de café serre’ a 350g de beurre tres mou. Melangez bien les deux preparations puis fouettez 4 dl de creme chantilly et incorporez-la delicatement. Versez dans un moule a cake tapisse’ de film alimentaire Et placee 24 beurres au frais. Servez coupe’ en tranches, avec une creme anglaise.
