Faglia di Silfra
Spingersi nel bel mezzo della spaccatura, la cosidetta Faglia di Silfra, tra le due placche continentali: da una parte l’Eurasia, dall’altra l’America. E’ un’avventura straordinaria che si puo’ affrontare,accedendo dalle acque del lago Pingvallavant, nel parco Nazionale Thingvellir, a 50 km da Reykjavik, la capitale dell’Islanda. L’acqua e’ fredda, ma con una visibilita’ fino a 100 metri: una situazione unica al mondo che, insieme alla particolarita’ del fondale, ne fa una delle piu’ belle immersioni immaginabili.
