Amsterdam ,anche quest’anno ospita il “Lights Festival”..La città’,durante il periodo natalizio, incarica artisti locali e stranieri di addobbare con opere e performance parte della città :il Water Colors e l’illuminade.

Centrifuga di kiwi
Inverno, un pieno di energia e vitamine, sia al mattino che durante il giorno.
Centrifuga di kiwi, pompelmo e…. Aggiungete il frutto o la verdura che preferite..l’importante è assumere vitamine e arrivare a Natale in piena forma!
Sesame/Crusted Fresh Tuna Nicoise Salad.
Combine the sesame seed in a small bowl.Coat each piece of fish in the seeds and set aside.
Heat the oil in a nonstick sauté pan over medium-High.
Add the fish to the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
The tuna should still be pink inside. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
Arrange the lettuce , tomatoes,cucumber,onion….
Combine all the ingredients and drizzle a little over the salade
