Prugne Secche”addobbate” con lo speck
Riscaldate il forno a 120 gr. Su ogni prugna, arrotolate1/2 fettine di speck, infilate insieme 2/3 prugne con uno stecco di Legno per spiedini fermando cosi’ lo speck.adagiateli su un foglio di carta oleata e infornate per 2/3 minuti. Servire tiepide!
Possiamo sostiruire lo speck con la pancetta affumicata.
