Cassez le chocolat en morseaux dans Un saladier, ajoutez-y Le mascarpone et Un picee de fleur de sel. Posez le saladier dans un\u00a0 bain-marie fremissant.cassez les oeufs dans un autre recipient et verser -y Le sucre jusqu&#8217;a&#8217; ce que Le melange blanchisse.
