Formentera -Ibiza’ little sister-

At 19 km long and just over 1 km wide at its narrowest point,Formentera is a slender isthmus connecting the towering cliffs of Faro De La Mola at one end with the gentler swell of Cap de Barbaria at the other. It’s the shape of a boomerang or a dog bone, a Tippex dot on a ma of the Mediterranean , and where those in the know go to escape the incessant heat and ceaseless crowds of Ibiza. The 30 minute ferry crossing …a single main road flanked by cycle lanes connects the island’s six can hire bikes and scooters everywhere .. There are also Meharis- opentopped dune buggies ….
